Vintage 1984 Cabbage Patch Boy Doll Brown Eyes Glasses Xavier Roberts

Pictures are of the Vintage 1984 Cabbage Patch Boy Doll (Brown Eyes, Glasses, Curly Brown Hair) for sale. My mother purchased it new in the 1980s, holding onto it until she forgot she even had it. It is still new in the box (which is good to fair condition with tears), and the Doll (in exceptional condition) is still zipped to the cardboard holder inside. Comes with the Birth Certificate as shown in the picture. The doll has been in a smoke-free, pet-free household all these years.
It is signed by Xavier Roberts on the butt cheek. I don't know why the signature says "Xavier Roberts '85" but the box shows 1984.
Barcode is 076930039007. When I enter that barcode, the prefilled eBay catalog details says it's a Girl Doll, which I can't change.
